These official documents are required by The Academy of International Business® Lyon to make sure you meet legal and internal requirements to enter a chosen program.

Once we have reviewed your application, a member of our friendly admissions team will be in touch. They will provide you with some additional information and ask you a few informal questions to check wether you are are eligible to enter the program.

If your application was found eligible, we will contact you with regard to booking a motivational interview for your chosen program. The purpose of this interview is to get to know you better, and to ensure your personality and values are up to the standards expected by The Academy of International Business®. We encourage you to attend in person wherever possible, though Skype/Zoom auditions are also available for remote/international students.

NB: You can still request an interview even if you have not submitted your completed application. Simply contact our admissions team admissions@lyonbusinessacademy.com to arrange one.

One you have successfully completed your application process and the admissions board has reviewed your application, you can look forward to receiving a formal offer from us. Even if your application has been refused we will always provide you with a reply. You will receive your Offer of Admission by email.

There are three types of admission:

Conditional:

You must satisfy certain conditions in order to keep your admission offer, these will be outlined in your admission offer. Some examples are successfully completing your high school diploma.

Definitive:

A definitive offer of admission means you have been admitted to your program of choice. Congratulations! After you receive an offer of admission or conditional admission, you will need to accept or decline your offer.

Waiting list:

The Academy of International Business has not formally accepted you for admission, but may offer admission in the next few months as spaces become available.

Please note this is your official letter – you will not receive a hard copy by mail unless requested. The Offer of Admission outlines all the details of your admission to The Academy of International Business®. Please read it carefully to ensure you understand your admission fully and you are aware of any and all actions that you are required to take.

Offers of admission will continue to be issued until program seats are filled and / or waitlists are established.

You will be provided with unique ID number can be found in the top right corner of each page of your Offer of Admission. This 8-digit number is your unique identifier at The Academy of International Business®, and is required for all admission documents and administrative registration.
